BUT I have to say, and I am NOT claiming animal abuse, these owners that find it amusing to tease their pets (cats seem to be the majority) need to rethink their actions. Those cats are terrified and these people (mostly kids, I've noticed) are laughing. Not funny in the least. I'd love to terrorize them and see how funny they think it is. They're supposed to be taking care of and protecting their animals. I feel for the poor creatures. And yes – I like animals more than most people.
